Undoubtably, there is a lot to think about. But this brand is about you, that awesome service/product you’ve mastered, and the story we’re writing together. I’m here to make this feel like a breeze and to create custom art for your brand that makes you say “YES! that is what I am talking about!”
Phase 1: Interview. The first step of the process is to hear your initial vision. Find out the reason that you reached out to us. Tour your facility and identify specific media needs. We then create a custom quote of the products that have been discussed. Once the quote is accepted, and agreement is signed, we move onto the next phase.
Phase 2: Onboarding. The next step of the storytelling process is getting to know you even better. We have a detailed follow up meeting to help us truly understand your brand, its character, target audience, and purpose. At this meeting we acquire access to already established brand elements such as colors, fonts, and logos.
Phase 3: Brainstorming. Our team will then use your vision, ideas, and our discussions to conceptualize your story. We consider all media types and how they will work together to convey your story to the appropriate audiences.
Phase 4: Approval. Before we move on to creating any media, we’ll send you a document with our vision and action plan. This is the messy point of creating the story, we dive deep and encourage your questions, ideas, and critiques. This is how we tailor brainstorming to create the best media for you.
Phase 5: Storyboarding and Message Development. Once we have a concept of the end product, we move on to the actual storyboarding. We visualize the sets, scenes, takes, graphics, and script that would best suit the media. Storyboarding and Message Development is not just for videos. We use tone, attitude, and emotions to convey a message through photographs and graphics as well.
Phase 6: Logistics and Filming. Photographing a brand and filming a corporate video will take time, usually during a normal work day. We consider your time, production schedules, and choose a day/time that will work best for the project. The time needed will depend on the individual products that are chosen in the quote. Before we film and/or photograph, we organize all the details and confirm with you.
Phase 7: Post Production. Once we have the footage that we need, it’s time for us to make the final product. During this process we apply a custom edit to your photos that match your brand message. Any necessary retouching is included. For the films, we edit the videos according to the storyboard, add graphics, stock footage, effects, and color grading to make your story a masterpiece.
Phase 8: Product Delivery. A customized online gallery with password protection will be created for your company. It will include organized folders for attaining the digital media files. Photos will be edited and delivered via this online gallery within 2 weeks of the session unless otherwise stated by our team. When we have completed the first draft of the video, we will upload it to the gallery for you to approve. If any adjustments are necessary we are happy to make them. If the video is perfect on the first go at it, you will be provided the download password so that you can put it to work telling your story asap.
